Property for the Masjid, at a total price $1.8 million. You can invest any amount ($5000-
$100,000), which would be returned to you by a monthly payment within 5-7 years.
Your loan will be secured by the property purchased. In return, we will get an appraisal for the rental value of the property and you will be paid a percentage of the monthly rent based upon your loan amount, until the total loan is paid off. Any loan for the purchase of the property for the Masjid is sadaqa jariah inshaaAllah. A document will be prepared to make you a shareholder/owner of the Masjid untill paid off.
Please write your check dated June 23, 2008 so that we can estimate the total amount before the fund raising. We will hold the check that would be returned to you in case enough funds are not collected .
